The procedure for returning a Palo Alto Software product within the first 60 days is as follows:
- Fax a copy of your receipt to sales at (541)683-6250.
- Include your first and last name, serial ## and contact phone number with your request to return within the 60 days.
- We will contact you as soon as possible with an RMA ##.
- You need an RMA before before sending it to the address below.
- If you downloaded the software, you'll need to request a Letter of Intellectual Property Destruction from 800-229-7526, fill it out, and either return it to the address below or fax to (541)683-6250.
