Software updates are released to add features and resolve problems in software. It is always a good idea to make sure that you are using the very newest release of a program. In Palo Alto Software programs, updates have been made easy. They include an automatic update feature for users who have access to the Internet. You can check for and download the most current update from the Tools menu, and Update Product.
If you experience any complications when attempting to update your software, we would be happy to assist you by sending out an updated CD ROM or by providing an alternate download method.
