Question:
I am getting error 339 Component VSOCX.OCX file is missing or invalid. What is causing this and how do I fix it.
Answer:
This error is caused by your system having an older version of a Windows shared component than our software requires.
To fix the error download the Vsocxfix.exe to the desktop of your computer. Once it is on your system double click to run the program which will prompt you to "Unzip" the required file.
If after this you are still having problems, then it may also be nessasary to:
- Download Com32upd.exe.
- Save it to your Desktop.
- Double-click Com32upd.exe to run it as a program.
- Restart your computer after the installation has finished.
