Quick Support - Updates
To update your program, follow these steps:Attention: AOL users, you must be connected to the Internet and have your browser open. Just opening AOL without opening a browser will not work.
- Connect to the Internet
- Open your program
- Open a Plan
- Click on the "Help" option on the top menu bar
- Click on "Update Product Now"
- Your program will check for updates and download
If you do not have an internet connection, you can request a disk update by emailing technical support.
Update to Ensure that You have the Newest Release
Question:Please update your software. Updates are free to all registered users, and are released to add new features and resolve problems in software. You can check for and download the most current update by opening Business Plan Pro and selecting the Tools menu, and "Update Product."

In Palo Alto Software programs, updates have been made easy. They include an automatic update feature for users who have access to the Internet. You can check for and download the most current update from the Tools menu, and Update Product.
