This error indicates that the Sample Plan Browser is encountering difficulties downloading files through your network firewall or proxy server. For these situations, another alternative exists for users of the latest version of our software. All of the Sample Plans which are available for the versions of our software are available via a single download from our Web site.

1. Click the appropriate link below to initiate the download of the Sample Plan Installation file:

2. When prompted, choose to save the file to disk and direct the file to the desktop of your computer.
3. Once the download is completed, close all programs and then double click the file to install the sample plans.
4. Once the plans are installed, return to the Sample Plan Browser and open the sample plan you would like to modify.

If you installed the software from a CD-rom you can install the sample plans from a file located on the CD. This will allow the Sample Plan Browser to open the files without having to access the Internet. To install the sample plans from the CD, take the following steps:

1. Close any open programs on the system.
2. Insert the CD into the CD-rom drive and Exit the Installer screen when it automatically launches.
3. Double click on your My Computer icon.
4. Right click on the CD-rom and choose explore.
5. Right click on the BPP2005 folder and choose explore.
6. Double click on the BPPENU2005Samples.exe file to launch the Sample Plan Installer.

Once the installation has completed, launch Business Plan Pro 2005 and choose to open the Sample Plan Browser. The browser will now open the sample plan files from the hard drive of your computer.
