The Internal Error 1931 indicates that the Windows Installer could not update a specific system file which is being protected by the operating system. The Windows Update utility will be able to update this file for you and resolve the error message.
Please take the following steps to run the Windows Update utility:- Click the link below to go to the Windows Update page:
- Click the Scan for Updates link to check for the latest updates
- Once the updates are found, download and install all of the Critical Updates and Service packs
- Once all of the Critical Updates and Service Packs are installed, restart your computer and install your Palo Also Software program.
