Answer:
The "Run-time Error 372: Failed to load control workspace" message indicates that some of the files installed, but failed to register properly within the Windows operating system. Please take the following steps to resolve this problem during the installation of our software
Remove the current installation of the software:
- Close any open programs
- Click on Start > Settings > Control Panel
- Double click on Add/Remove Programs
- Select the program from the list and click Remove
- Follow the menu items to un-install the program and then restart your computer
Clear the Windows Temp files:
- Close any open programs and restart your computer
- Click on Start, then Run, type the following command into the Open: box and click OK.
- Click on Edit and then choose Select all
- Press Delete to delete all of the temporary files in the directory

Download the latest installer for your software:
- Go to our web site: Download Center
- Enter the product information requested and click Go.
- Download the installer for your software. When prompted, choose to save the file to disk and direct the file to the desktop of your computer.
'Clean Boot' your computer's operating system and re-install:
- Close any open programs
- Click on Start > Run > type the following command and then click OK:
- Click on Selective Startup and then un-check the box for Load Startup Group items
- Click Ok to save the changes and then restart your computer
- Once the computer has restarted, double click on the Installer program which was downloaded previously to install the software.

Note: If you are using Windows NT4.0 or 2000, you will be unable to 'Clean Boot' your operating system. In this situation you should restart your computer and use the Windows Task Manager to close down any background applications.
If the error persists, this would indicate that our installer was unable to update the Windows System files which are not properly updated and registered in the computer. Please take the following steps to manually update these system files:
- Click the link below to download the appropriate file for your computer:
Windows 98 or ME Windows 2000 VSfiles9X.zip VSfiles2k.zip Windows XP Home or Professional VSfilesXP.zip - When prompted by Windows, choose to save this file to the Desktop of your computer.
- Once the download has completed, extract the contents of the .zip file onto the Desktop of your computer and then open the folder which is created.
- Double click on the .bat file which is contained in this folder to update and re-register these files.
- Enter Y to each over-write prompt if given to over write the older versions of these files.
- Click OK to each of the Dllregistryserver in the file succeeded messages.
Note: If Windows is unable to over-write or register any of these files, please note the file name and error details in your reply to this message. - Once the process has completed, restart the computer and launch the software.
