Installing a Palo Alto Software Program

Can I install your software from a CD ROM? Is it also available for download?

Answer:
To install a Palo Alto Software program, close all programs and insert your Palo Alto Software CD ROM, or download and execute the installer file from our website.

Installers for all supported versions (Business Plan Pro 2003, Marketing Plan Pro 4.0 and newer) of our planning software are available for download from the Downloads page.

Follow these steps to download and install:

  1. Visit the Downloads page.
  2. Enter your serial number and email address and click go.
  3. Accept the license agreement for the software and then click Continue to Download.
  4. Click the provided link to begin the download of the installation file.
  5. Select Save to Disk, if given the option, and save the file to your Windows Desktop ( your first choice in the Save In: menu).
  6. After the download has completed successfully, close all programs.
  7. Double-click the downloaded file to install.
