| Changing currency in Palo Alto Software programs | |||
Question:
I entered my data in a previous version of the plan with US Dollars ($) as my preferred currency. Now I am engaged in a study using the EURO as currency. How do I set EURO as the currency symbol in my tables?
Answer:
Adjusting the currency symbol used by the software for your tables and charts can be done with one setting. Take the following steps to adjust the Currency Symbol setting for any plan:
- Open your plan in your Palo Alto Software planning program.
- Once the plan is opened, click the Tools drop down menu at the top of the screen then choose Options and Tables.
- Select the Currency Format tab
- Choose the new currency symbol from the drop down list provided or copy and paste your own symbol into the box
- Once your new symbol is selected, press the Apply currency format button to change the symbol in all of the tables and charts in the plan.
