Palo Alto Software, Inc. programs are designed to print a polished plan including cover sheet, legal page, table of contents, and appendices. The printing is automatic and so is the formatting when you choose File, Print, Plan. You can manage printing options from the Options button in the Print Plan dialog.

You also have additional output options. You can post your finished plan to a website, either your own site or the password-protected secure site at www.secureplan.com (choose File, Send To, SecurePlan.com).

You can export your plan as an Adobe Acrobat electronic document (*.PDF), a Microsoft Word document, or Rich Text Format file (a more universal word processing format) for emailing (choose File, Export, and Plan).
