If you encounter the Error 29 while completing the Sales Forecast Wizard, this could indicate that you have entered more items for the Cost of Sales items than you have listed for the Sales items. This is a problem which will be addressed in an Update to the software in the near future.

Until this update is released, the problem can be resolved by inserting rows into the Sales section of the Sales Forecast table until the number of Sales items are equal to or greater than the number of Cost of Sales items.

Once you have inserted enough rows to make the number of Sales items equal to the number of Cost of Sales Items the Sales Forecast Wizard will function normally. The inserted rows that you do not need can be hidden in the table by clicking into any cell in the row and then clicking Format > Row > Hide.

Note:The problem above has been corrected in an update to the 2003 versions of our software. If you are experiencing this error, you should use the Update Product button at the top of the interface to download and install the latest updates to Business Plan Pro 2003 or Marketing Plan Pro 6.0.
