You have several options for this, all built into the software.

1. You can post your plan onto a secure, password-protected site on the web, then send the login information to someone so they can read your plan on the web. They don't have to have any software at all to read it, just a web browser. This is what our www.secureplan.com facility offers, for free.
2. You can export your plan to HTML format and post it on your own website, using your own security measures (or no security measures).
3. You can save a plan into Adobe Acrobat transportable format so you can send it by email or post it on your own website. The Adobe Acrobat format can be read by most computers, PC or Macintosh, and it can be printed, but not edited.
4. You can save a plan into a Microsoft Word document, complete with tables and charts, and send that to a person via email.
