Plans created in version 3.0 of Business Plan Pro require a stair-step conversion from Business Plan Pro 3.0 to 4.0, on through to the latest version of our software.

If you have upgraded from Business Plan Pro 3.0 to Business Plan Pro 4.0, and then from Business plan Pro 4.0 to any of the latest versions, you will need to follow these instructions to convert plans from 3 to 4 in order to open them in the latest software. Converting from version 3 to 4 for Business Plan Pro 2006. Once the file is converted to the version 4 format, the latest editions of the software will be able to open this file.

If you upgraded directly from Business Plan Pro 3.0 to the latest version, the stair-step conversion process is not possible on your system because Business Plan Pro 4.0 was skipped. Instead, you will need to request the 3 to 2006 plan conversion service from our Diagnostic Services Team.

The version 3.0 to 2006 business plan conversion fees are as follows:

• One Plan: $29.95.
• Groups of two to four plans: $39.95
