| Adding graphics to text, and more flashy formatting | |||
Question:
I just used your software to prepare a plan. I liked it overall, but is there anything more you can do for me with fonts, graphics, and additional bells and whistles?
Answer:
You can insert graphics into text topics by using the Insert drop down menu and selecting the Image command, and you have very good control over fonts, sizes, and styles. If you are looking at high-quality images, you presumably have some software to manage images such as; one of the Microsoft's image editing tools, Paintshop Pro, Adobe Illustrator, or some other image editing program. For this kind of high-profile image work, it is recommended that you use a graphic editor to fine-tune the size of the imported graphic prior to actually inserting the image into a text topic in your plan.
For more information on inserting images into a text topic, click on the How do I? drop down list and choose "Insert an Image or Graphic" under the Topics heading to display the relevant Help file.
For more high-end text or table formatting, we give you Word and Rich Text Format export-ability as well as the ability to export to an Excel workbook. So you can save tens, maybe hundreds of hours of effort by working with a productized planning tool with documented and error-checked and financial correct financials and a guided outline, and then afterwards if you still really think you need that kind of high-level formatting, you can still export and go into a page layout program, or advanced use of Word, etc.
