Invalid Serial Number

Question:
I just purchased a book from Prentice Hall which included your software. However, When I enter the serial number I'm told that it is not valid.

Answer:
If your book/software included a serial number which begins with BPA9 followed by 9 digits, the serial number will need to be re-issued. The registration page for Palo Alto Software's download site will automatically update your serial number so that it can be used with the software.
  1. Go to: Palo Alto Software's Download Web page
  2. Enter your current serial number and email address then click Go.
  3. You will be prompted for the registration information for the software.
  4. Once you have registered the software, the new serial number will be sent to you via the email address you have provided.

  5. For your records: Please discard the serial number on your CD-ROM and use the new serial number for installation and registration. We encourage you to register your product upon installation as the registration will give you access to technical support and customer service. We have a strict privacy policy and will not use registration information for anything except helping you use your product.
