The downloadable installers for any supported versions of Palo Alto Software programs are available from the Software Pickup page.
The installation steps are:
- Click the link provided to begin downloading the installation file.
- When prompted by Windows, choose to Save this file to the Desktop of the computer.
- When the download has completed, close all programs.
- Double-click the downloaded file to begin the installation of the software.
If you are not prompted to Save the file in Step #2, right click on the link titled "Download Now" then choose Save Target As and save this file to the Desktop of the computer.
