Question:
I have started a new business plan and cannot figure out how to enter values into the charts. Can you help me?
Answer:
For Palo Alto Software planning products, you enter your assumptions into the tables and the charts will generate automatically.
Try it. From the View > Table menu, select a table, and enter your assumptions. Then, go to to View > Chart menu and choose the chart for that table. The chart will display the table's numbers.
Also, the Wizard Instructions which appear above each of the charts within the software tell you where the data for that chart is derived from. If you need to know where the data is comming from in order to make changes, just review the information in the Wizard Instructions and then make changes to the relevant tables.
