After I click the Download File button, nothing happens, I get a page cannot be displayed error, or the file only partially downloads..
•  Check for updates even after you just downloaded new.
Don't worry, the version you just downloaded is probably the latest, and if you have doubts you can run the 'Update Product' command anyhow, just to check...

Internet Explorer users: Make sure that when you downloaded, you selected Save to Disk instead of Open from current location...
