The 2003 and newer versions of Business Plan Pro are able to import data from QuickBooks Pro and Premier (see supported versions). It can gather your accounting categories, your most recent summarized balance, and insert those into your business plan. It can also use your past results, from your QuickBooks Pro fields, as the basis of a future forecast.

Aside from that, you can also paste data into Business Plan Pro Premier. It's fairly easy to take a table from Excel and paste it (using Edit, Paste Special, All) into a new blank table in the Premier version of Business Plan Pro. You can also paste directly into any unlocked cells in the standard tables.
