Take the following steps to upgrade to Premier

I have recently placed an order to upgrade my Business Plan Pro 2006 software from the Standard to Premier version of the program. What steps do I need to take to install the upgrade?

Answer:

Once you have received the confirmation email with your Premier version serial number, take the following steps to upgrade your Business Plan Pro 2006 software from Standard to Premier:

  1. Launch the standard version of your Business Plan Pro 2006 software.
  2. Once you have reached the "Start a Plan" screen, click the Cancel button.
  3. Click on the Help drop down menu at the top of the program and select About from the bottom of that menu.
  4. Within the About window, click the Modify button, this will open a window which contains your old product serial number.
  5. Press the Backspace key to delete the old serial number and then enter your new Premier serial number which was contained within your confirmation email message. You can retrieve your serial number for the software from the Order Status page of our Web site.
  6. Click OK to accept and save the new serial number. Then click OK to the "Congratulations" message.
  7. Click OK to close the About window and then close and re-open your Business Plan Pro 2006 software.
  8. When the software launches this time, the Premier version of the program will be launched and you will be prompted to Activate the new, Premier serial number on this computer.
