Export your plan to Word, Excel, PDF, or HTML

After you create a marketing plan in Marketing Plan Pro, your colleagues or managers may want your plan in a format other than printed. The Export command lets you save your plan file to several different formats for use with word processing or spreadsheet programs. Marketing Plan Pro offers the most choices in export features, including Microsoft Word, Excel, RTF, PDF, and HTML formats.

Whether you want to modify your plan by exporting it to a Word document, email it as an attachment, or take information from your marketing plan to incorporate into your website, the export feature is there to help.

Import financial data from QuickBooks

Easily import your financials with the click of a button from Intuit's QuickBooks. If you use QuickBooks Pro, Premier, or Premier: Accountant Edition (2002 or newer), you can easily add actual data by importing your balances.

The QuickBooks import process starts with an option in the Plan Setup. You tell the EasyPlan Wizard® you are working with QuickBooks to set up a plan to match your chart of accounts, and the Wizard leads you through the process from there.

Fully compatible with Business Plan Pro

Marketing Plan Pro was designed from the ground up to work with our popular Business Plan Pro software. Use this product on its own, or use it in conjunction with Business Plan Pro.

If you've already created a business plan using Business Plan Pro, you can import numbers and text with our simple import and export tools. The process works both ways. Content that you develop in Marketing Plan Pro can easily be exported to Business Plan Pro. The powerful suite integration features mean that you'll spend less time copying data back and forth between your marketing plan and your business plan and more time planning for success!

Import and export plan components

Is your marketing plan a team project? No problem! Marketing Plan pro allows you to export portions of your plan as a components to share with other Marketing Plan Pro users. The components can be easily imported back into a marketing plan as you go, allowing everyone to address their own areas of expertise.

Marketing Plan Pro can also export a component of your plan - text topic, table, or chart - so that it can be imported into another plan. No other marketing plan software gives you this level of versatility.
