We have been improving and refining Business Plan Pro for over a decade now. This year, we have taken onboard lots of feedback from our customers around the world and gone back to basics. The result is impressive. The latest version has been rebuilt (almost from scratch) to incorporate the very latest developments in both computing and business planning.

Version 11.0 has a brand-new user interface. We’ve removed all the clutter and streamlined the entire operation. You’ll be impressed with the way the design facilitates different objectives, such as finishing a plan as quickly as possible or getting help at every step. Improved chart designer

We know that our users want a great-looking business plan, as well as great plan content and financials. The new chart editors in the plan make it easier than ever for you to produce compelling 3D colour charts. This will help you print a better-looking business plan than ever before, with impressive charts and graphs.

New option for faster, leaner plans

While we are in favour of spending time producing a great business plan, we recognize that for some users time is of the essence. Business Plan Pro Version 11.0 facilitates this with a ‘Keep it Simple’ option designed to help you create a winning plan in as short a period as possible. If you do get an unexpected extension simply return to the full plan option.

Present your business plan in French, German, Italian, or Spanish

In an increasingly global economy, some of you have asked for local versions of Business Plan Pro. This new version of Business Plan Pro has a language pack option so you can change all the headings to the language of your choice. You then simply type in one of the above languages to quickly produce a business plan in French, German, Italian, or Spanish. This is an excellent feature for those English-speaking users who want to publish a plan in another language.

Prepare financials without hassle

We have created a new set of tables that enable you to switch between our popular table wizards and the spreadsheets with the click of a button. Enter financial data in a spreadsheet like Excel or use our wizard to produce robust numbers easily.

Share your plan securely

We have updated our SecurePlan.com website. Simply save your business plan to this password-protected website, and then invite individual friends, colleagues, investors, and partners to review and comment on your business plan from the comfort of their own office or home. You control who sees your plan — a great way to obtain feedback without any hassle!

Customise your plan to look the way you want it

Using the plan Outline within Business Plan Pro you can manage the various sections of the plan. Want to take out a section – simply delete it from the Outline. It also lets you add sections, rename them and even move them all around.

Manage to metrics with easy access to key figures [Premier Edition only]
